Just a few small problems with compilation.
It always generates a table of contents, no matter what the settings
Headers and footers still being lost.

And the name of the containing folder is always included in the compilation as well.
And while I'm here, could I mention that the tags are severely truncated in the properties pane.

I've fixed all these bugs except the issue with headers and footers - I'll fix it later as soon as possible. The new version number is v0.9.8.477 Pre-beta 4 and it's been uploaded and is available for download.

Small problem with the compilation not respecting the styles though. I have set a gap of 100pts before the title to move it halfway down the page (standard novel format). The gap is there when I edit the document, but is wiped out during the compilation; the title appears right at the top of the page.

Oh, I forgot to apply styles defined in the source documents to the 'compiled output'. I'll fix it now!
